Default Serious head problem.....2 videos

I changed some plugs the other day and noticed oil on the #5 plug. Did a compression check and it had 30psi of compression cold and about 50 hot. The car felt fine to me before...? I guess I tuned around the issue with HP tuners???? Hooked a air hose up to the cylinder and air was blowing back into the intake probably 40-50 psi of air pressure. The pistons look fine and there was no air coming back through the oil fill or any getting into the crankcase during the air test. Pulled the heads tonight. I don't have a clue how long it's been hurt im going to guess quite a while. This video is of where #5 was we poured water down and it immediately leaked. We tested all the others and chambers/valves were leaking water. Only one that wasnt leaking was the chamber/valve where # 8 was. Also there was 2 exhaust valves leaking also.

Any guess as what this will cost to repair? I have 2 suspected issues of why this happend but I would love to hear your guy's opinions first.
