Talking Need advice on Cam and rebuild

Hello,
My 2002 WS6 LS1 A4 has almost 120k on it but still runs good but is lacking the power it use to have. Im thinking about a rebuild but don't want to go radical. I was thinking of using the original crank and rods but having the lower end balanced and maybe swapping out the oem pistons for some forged ones? I guess what im looking at doing is having a good DD car but i would like a bigger cam without having to change everything and i already have a 100 shot NOS setup i want to continue running with the new setup. Any help on cam to use with the NOS setup and any other building help like head work would be great. I currently have Pacesetter LT Headers, Pacesetter OR Y Pipe, Magnaflow Exhaust, SLP Air Lid, SLP MAF, BBK 80mm TB, K&N Filter, A4 w/Shift Kit. I am currently looking at maybe running a stall to accomodate the cam and i have subframe connectors in the garage waiting to install.
Iv'e been reading allot of forums on here but getting different oppinions. Im just simply looking for around 400-450Hp on motor if possible.

My friend rebuilt his motor with a stock bottom end and a 6.0 iron block. But he had ls3 heads and intake with a pretty small cam he made 418 thru a A4 with 3600 or 3400 stall I can't member. He said he could have put a slightly bigger cam and he would have been around 430 - 450

Going to need a big cam to get those numbers out of an A4 cam only so you might want to look at adding some heads maybe some nice ported 243's
