ls6 heads and ls2 heads the same?

ls6 heads and ls2 heads the same? hey, i found a set of 243 heads on craigslist. he says they are off an 04' gto. they are ls6 heads right? they have 36k on them and have the stock springs in them. he is asking $375. does this sound like a good deal? how would these be with my ms4?

243 castings were never offered stock on an 04 GTO. They were only used on the LS2 (05-up) GTOs. The LS2 and LS6 both used the same casting but the LS6 used hollow stem valves. If they did come off of a GTO, they were not installed from the factory.
