how did u get to the oil pan bolts thats 2nd from the front? I can only get a open end wrench on it and turn it a 1/4 turn at a time. Is this the only way? I got frustrated and decided to ask u guys haha thanks.

I dont know if it will solve your exact issue... but I followed this thing and had no real issues..

you dont get a lot of room to get the pickup tube bolt out...open ended wrench is all you can do

I have had mine off but don't recall any special tricks. For these cars, I frequently use ratchet wrenches and socket swivels.
