I just finished installing my tranny cooler using the ties that go through the ac condesner and the engine rad to hold it in. Im going to start a cam install on sunday and i have to remove the radiator which now has the tranny cooler attached to it. is it possible to remove the ac rad or should i just cut off the ties and get a new set? if i need a new set where do i get those exact ties from? this is what happens when you dont necessarily plan on getting a cam and then tsp puts their cam packages on sale. haha.

Are you talking about the condensor? Cut the ties would be my opinion.

yes the condenser. sorry.

i had a feeling it would be more work then its worth to remove it. i wonder if its possible to find those ties again.

Just about any autoparts shop should carry those ties. Look in the towing section near the tranny coolers. Should just be a couple of bucks.

I just cut the ties and laid it out of the way. Went to my tranny shop and he GAVE me two more ties.
