Default 6.0L in a 200 Camaro, a few ?'s

I am not sure where to place this question but my friend has a 2000 Camaro with a blown engine, he has the cammed 6.0 ( with the car intake and accessories) in and bolted up, he is wondering about the wiring, we know he will need a PCM/ECM tune, the stock harness looks like it will all work but I wanted to check. Any help would be great,

Thanks guys

There is one accesory hole for the alternator bracket missing on that block. You can drill and tap it or I know guys who run without it.
