I recommend the PRC duals. They are made from the same materials as the 926 comp, but are a fraction of the price.

hmm, thanks for the recommendations guys, I was looking at the pac 1521s but can't justify spending 400 dollars on valvesprings.

Valve springs are one of the main things you don't want to skimp out on when picking them. Depending on your cam, the patriot golds may work just fine if setup properly. I'm running comp 918 springs on my build but I'm running lightweight valves and titanium retainers. IMO pick the best spring that you can afford.

yeah i worded that wrong. I just don't have it in my budget to get 400 dollar valvesprings and then have another 200 to spend on the retainers locks etc..

Checkout the PRC valve spring kits, we use to run the same spring as the Patriot kits, but a recent redesign has helped us to now offer a spring with a much longer expected life & much greater resistance to pressure drops. One of the issues we had with the old spring was camshafts with higher lift could sometimes make the old spring shrink, the new PRC springs use a much improved material to resist this issue.

The Comp kit is nice, but priced something close to $500!?!? The PRC .650" kit is well under $300 & the .675" EHT kit is only slightly higher!!
