Default CAM Science Question, Biggest determining factor for peak power RPM

For those in the know....

Assuming nothing but the cam changes and both lobes are XE-R.

220\228 115+0 with an IVC of 45 @ .050

224\228 114+1 with an IVC of 45 @ .050

What CAM characteristic has the "greatest" impact on where peak power is made in the RPM range?

-IVC?
-Intake Lobe Duration
-etc...???

What is considered a large change for the IVC? ( 1, 2, 5 degrees )

Thanks,

Agreed. If you had to pick on ICL.
