Default would it be worth it?

i have a Comp XER 224 581 112+2 cam in my car now that i could get $250 for on here and im considering buying a FMS 228 230 581 591 112+4 cam while theyre on sale for $370 my question is would i gain much or any power with this cam swap and where in the power band would it be......and would it be my day's worth of work to do the swap or should i just leave the cam i got in there now FYI i made 420rwhp with my cam TEA stage 2 5.3's LT's going through a 12 bolt.......my heads are cut .016 btw

FMS cams make alot of power...I would think you would pick up a bit

IMO, you won't see much more than a 5 RWHP peak gain over your current cam.

i have the same cam and will be going to the same cam

fms seems very confident itll be worth a good deal in the mid and upper rpm range
