Default Lq - which way do I go????

Ok so the motor is an Lq4. Upon dissemblance I found that this motor swallowed something and damaged two pistons and one head (same bank). So Im looking for advice on witch way to go. I want at least 400 to 450 hp. Should I make this motor an lq9 since pistons will need replaced, but then I cant do 243 heads because from the research I did the CR will be 11:0? Do I go with Lq4 pistons again with the 243 heads? Help, so many options.
