Give me about a week and you will see our 320cfm heads. We are working on them currently. They will have a welded up chamber on them. I will let you guy's know when I have some numbers, hoping for 320+. They will have larger valves.

Thanks,

They have Comp Cam 978 valve springs and 2.020/1.575 Manley stainless steel valves in them. I have these on sale right now also, check it out in the sponsor / GP section. I don't think that you will be able to beat this deal.

Thanks

For curiosity sake, what camshaft is recommended for these heads on a NA combo with 11 to 1 compression, 346CID, stock rod length, for a maximum effort daily driver with no emmissions testing?

Thanks

99Fbody99, Yes they are still done by the same shop. They do our CNC porting on all our heads. Right now you will be looking at a maximum of 2 weeks to get these.

Chris, I would say that you could use a 234 / 238 @.050 w/.610 lift on a 110 LSA. Give or take on how much you want to put up with for a daily driver. You could go a little bigger.

Thanks

Really nice mid lift numbers. People overlook those too often.

Sorry Hoss... No Napster sharing here..

The information is strictly for my camshaft design program...

I have flow tested a bunch of LS heads on our SF600 and I need a log of "accurate" info to be sure I get the profiles right. What I have from Chris will be added as "his" figures and if/when a set is tested here, I will compare the numbers "advertised" vs what I get here.

We have "advertised" flow figures from a lot of cylinder head shops on file and I have to use a "factor" to get some of them back to reality for use in my program. Once I get this "factor" figured out for each shop's work, I can then use this "number" to establish a common denominator for "advertised" flow figures vs what I get on our bench. After all, pretty much everyone gets a little "flowery" with flow numbers in order to sell heads to buyers who only use these numbers to purchase heads..

It's been very successful on my Ford and small block Chevy camshaft designs so I take the chance that it also works for the LS heads...

Ed
