ARP 2000 rod bolts overkill for stock rods?
Working on my 02 LQ4. Just wondering if spending the extra $$ over the standard ARPs is worth it on a stock rod or will the stock rods/pistons break before the standard ARPs?

I calculated the g-force seen by the connecting rod (and both rod bolts) at 6000 rpm... it is between 2700-3000 g (as in g-force).
So there is no overkill in this situation.
