Default Ported 241 heads or TSP 5.3L heads for my build?

Which heads do you think would net me the best HP/TRQ gains? I'm on a budget so I'm not interested in Trickflows or anything spendy like it. Mods are in sig.... plus I'm putting in a 228/232 cam along with which ever head. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

AI was talking about a sale on their ported 241s coming soon. I'd look into that.

The 5.3L would be my choice. More compression will net you more power. Also, it depends who is porting the heads. For a budget setup, these heads are VERY hard to beat! Let me know if you have any questions and we'll be sure to get you fixed up with everything you need.

Yeah I heard about that. Something like 800-900 for new cores 219cc. For the dollar, you can't beat AI's price and the quality of work.
