Thumper cam, good or bad?

Thumper cam, good or bad?
I have a 2005 LQ4 to drop into my jeep this winter, and thinking i should do a little work to it first. it's just a fun daily driver since my wheeler isn't legal to drive on the streets in this state. putting an nv4500 5spd behind it.
1) Cam - are the thumper cam's what the claim? i don't need more power, but i'm sure it will provide some. i have had great luck with COMP in the past, and really the claim of the sound is why i'm leaning to that specific cam.
2) springs - figure i'll take what COMP recommends from their own product line
3) roller rockers - i have a set i got 2nd hand, fit but never run, no clue on brand
4) injectors - sizing, good place to buy
5) computer tune - current plan is HOWELL, a good name i trust. ditch the EGR, 2nd O2, just make it a stand alone ecu.
would love any thoughts an opinions on what i have and other stuff i should ... as well as what numbers you'd expect to see from a similar setup.

look at comp 54-455-11,truck cam low end torque.or look at a EPS cam.comp 918s are ok,or look at pac1518.the stock injectors mite 32#good for 410rwhp.try corvetteinjectors.com for injectors.what exhaust will you use?are you using the truck intake?

truck intake, 99 truck cable throttle body. i'll make a CAI for a nice big cone.
exhaust, i currently have some used mid-length headers but it looks like i might have to use stock vette manifolds for space. shooting for full dual, but might end up with a big single again for space. will be compact flow-thru.

Get the Thumper if sound is what you are going for. Stock rockers are better then no name rollers IMO. For injectors, you can have yours rejetted at FIC and they will be flow matched as well.

FIC being 'Fuel Injector Clinic'? i just found that site and looks like some damn good prices. i might have to call them up.
and i don't know that they are no-name rockers ... i just haven't looked close enough to see what they are. i'll try and remember to do that when i get home. my buddy gave em to me with some other parts for picking up a jeep for him.
