As darkman stated... the right way is to measure. You can pick up a pushrod length checker from any of our sponsors for around 20 bucks. Very easy to use, too. I bought mine from Speedinc.

Yea Gm parts direct will sort or rip you on "Shipping and Handling" but their prices are pretty good so it still works out pretty decent. They dont tell you the shipping cost until after you buy which is Bull shitt in my opinion.
I ordered an LS2 timing chain and LS7 lifters last night and it ended up being $175 shipped
$31.75 for the LS2 chain
$110.16 for the LS7 lifters
$34.06 for shipping and handling
So if you compare it to everyone else its still pretty reasonable
Most places you will pay like ~122 for the lifters and ~43 for the chain plus shipping, and most places will charge your at least $10 for shipping 122+43+10 = 175
So its still a pretty good deal, but as others have said, you might as well go for a vendor
