ok so first off the oil gauge started to act up moving up to 50 then to 40 and as low as 25 psi. on cold start up it at 70 psi but after warm up it stays around 40 up and down. i checked the gounds, oil sending unit, changed out the o ring. what could it be, any info will help out alot

Don't trust the stock gauge. You need to verify the actual reading with a mechanical gauge first before you jump into replacing anything. If its a faulty gauge reading I'd replace the sender.
