Swapping cams..how much gain..B1 to TSP 231/237
take a look at my sig and you'll get an idea of what mods i have, it's an A4. i put down a crappy 389 hp and 367 tq with the mti b1 cam(221/221/.558/.558/114 lsa). i was thinking of going with the tsp 231/237 cam on a 112 lsa. i will be getting it ls1 edit tuned. also i will change my comp 918's and ret. to crane's new dual spring setup. let me know what you think. thanks in advance again.

Those numbers unlocked? Those numbers are pretty good for an A4 and should be fine for 122mph plus trap speeds in the 1/4 mile.
I think you'll pick up around 12-20 RWHP with the cam swap depending on head flow numbers and the rest of the combo

As Chris mentioned, I would expect anywhere from 12 to 20+ RWHP from the cam swap. A local customer swapped from the 224R to our 231/237 in his '98 SS A4 with stock cylinder heads and LS1 intake manifold, and he picked up 17 RWHP. I wouldn't be shocked at all to see you pick up a solid 20 RWHP at peak. His gains were throughout his usable powerband, too, not just peak. So, it will make a nice difference at the track for power that you'll have on tap.
