Default abs/brake quesions

I need some help. I have a 2002 camaro ss and as I was driving today the abs info light and brake light both came on. I kept going till I got home and once I did I turned the car off and back on and the lights were off. When I left again three hours later to go to class, the lights were on again. I am not sure if its ice because it has been getting warmer here in indiana and ice is melting. I have noticed no problems at all with braking so idk if I should take it in or what? Any suggestions on what I can do before taking it in? Any help will be appreciated.

I had the same problem with my '97Z. I kept thinking it was the worst possible scenario: ABS module gone bad, etc. I started by checking the rear wheel speed sensors and found they had almost a half inch of magnetically charged debris sticking on them, obviously fouling the reluctor readings. Check your wheel speed sensors before you go digging in too much...

They are removed from the brake backing plate.
