Default Cobalt SS cam question *not sure where to put this*

First of all i am sorry for posting this here i am not sure where i should put this but i can not find a good forum for this damn cobalt and i have always been more than helped here for my trans am. anyways after throwing cams in my girl friends 05 cobalt ss its hard to start cam pos code cam to crank random misfire codes keep coming on. replaced cam sensor checked timing can not tune around it (stays in limp mode) i am at a loss. Please any help or suggestions would be more than appreciated. THANK YOU

Sounds like the cam timing might be off a tooth. You sure you got all the timing marks perfect when you put the chain on?

I agree, first check that you installed the cams correctly.
Also with bigger cams the computer may think the engine is knocking; the tuner can turn the knock sensor sensitivity down and that will probably get rid of your random misfire codes.
