Is there enough ptv clearance to run this cam 243 248 .613 .620 @110?
Can this cam be ran on stock heads with stock pistons or is there not enough piston to valve clearance? Its not much bigger then a trex.

Retard it 4* and degreed properly it might just clear on some engines. Might not be "safe" but it could "clear".
As is on 108 ICL, mill the heads and flycut will yield best results.

I'd say it depends on one's definition of "clearing." Never over-rev it, never miss a shift, etc then you might not see the eye-brows on the pistons, but it'll be tight enough clearance that most would agree you should flycut!
Even at the 110º ICL I wouldn't run it without reliefs!
