Default Head install Q's

I am about to order some heads for my 02 LS1 camaro. The car has a 233/239 cam and is tuned, will it need to be tuned after head install? I know it will gain more with a tune but i am putting in a clutch at same time so was going to wait until that was broken in. Also what should i use Gm head bolts, arp head bolts or studs? and if i used studs do i have to pull the motor to change heads?

I would get it tuned. You could probably drive around to get some miles on it before the dyno but I definitely wouldn't make any wide open throttle blasts.

You can use any bolts you want. If it is NA the GM stuff will be fine. A lot of guys like using ARP hardware. There isn't anything wrong with them. Shouldn't have a problem running either one and installing them in the car.
