Default need help running fuel to engine

I have my engine on a engine hoist and its turning over and everything but won't stay on because lack of fuel. I need help finding the cheapest way I can run some fuel to it to make stay on a little longer. Right now oil isn't goin through the engine and I'm guessing its because it doesn't have run time. Any info is great. Thanks.

Why don't you just line the motor up while its chained so you can connect the lines?
