Default LS6 valve springs

I think it was Pro Stock John who mentioned to me a while ago that I should swap my stock LS1 springs for LS6 springs. My engine is internally stock, so I still have the '02 LS1 cam. Is there really a benefit to raising the redline like that? Does the cam still make power, or does it flatten out?

Thanks...

Jay

Default

the cam still peaks at 5200-5400 rpm, so raising the rev limiter is pointless. why spend the time doing a spring swap if its not accompanied by a new cam
