Default head CR question ??

Looking for some info on my thoughts:

Currently its a stock rotating assembly LS6 with a V3 cam. If memory severs me correct the LS6 is a 10.5 CR.
Cam specs; duration @ .050 I=231 E=234
Lift I=.644 E=.598

My question is this, I have a set of 317's laying around and was wondering about milling them down to around 61cc to achieve a 11.0 CR. (could someone check the math) And then recessing the valves to gain some PVC, roughly a .030 recess.

Just looking to squeeze a little more out of my LS6. From the researched I've looked at, milling .030 will net me roughly 3cc's. I understand the 317's are 72cc, I was just giving a mathmatic example using the 243.

And looking for opinions on head gaskets. The total result I'm looking for is a 11.0 LS6 with the current cam combo. I will also have the runners cleaned up a little while this is all being done.

Any idea what kind of flywheel HP this will yeild ?? I'm thinking 25-50 depending on tune and manifold/TB choices.
Thanks for the help in advance...

I just wonder how much cc (surface area) I'm giving back by recessing the valve .030. ??
