Default help on build

Ok, I've been doin a ton of reading on here and finally made the first big purchase. I got a set of PRC 2.5 5.3l heads milled to 59cc chambers. I'm guessing i should run the stock size head gasket and will def. need to flycut pistons. I'm planning on running the MS3 cam, as did the previous owner of the heads. Going to replace the oil pump, 36lb injectors, long tubes with more than likely true duals. Looking at a professional products intake/tb package as well. My goal is at least 425whp. Just want to see what ya'll think. any error in my planning or a better route to go with this? car is a '00 z28 vert.

fly cut with a MS3? Is that because of the milled heads?
