LS6 Rods mystery: Anyone know why some of the factory ls6 motors came with LS2 "dimpled" rods?
Appears that most got the standard LS1 rods but a few lucky ones got the stronger rods.
Maybe these were the Z06 motors?
I have seen the different rods side by side and there is no comparison "even visually."
