Default Whats the white dumbbell looking thing? For oil pressure?

When i picked up my short block parts from a guy on here he gave me a dumbbell looking thing with orings on it. Told me it was for the oiling system, if i forget to put that in i won't build oil pressure.

So what is it, and where does it and and how does it work??? Im having my motor assembled at a shop, but im more curious than anything.

Its the barbell you hear about on these engines, It diverts the oil into the proper galley, if left out you will have no pressure. IT goes in the back of the block behind the rear cover, Just lube it and push it in until it bottoms out.
