Who's usually got the best deals on cams & springs? Or a Kit?

I'm building an LS6/Gto T56 combo for my 67 camaro for a driver first and AutoX second. Looking for the best power from low rpm to around 5500. Any certain company specialize in the driver cams? I read a lot about the 224 & 228 cams.

Currently I've got Dynatech long tubes, stock 799 heads, etc.

TSP has a good price on a cam pkg.cam/spring/push rod for $590 .
