What should I buy for cam swap and lifter replacement?

Default What should I buy for cam swap and lifter replacement?

So I just slowing starting ordering parts for my cam swap what would I need as far as gaskets to replace the lifters I'm going with the LS7 lifter do I need need new lifter trays and should purchase the whole head and cam gasket set from texas speed and performance, or is there no need to remove the heads.

Get some ls2 lifter trays, theyre cheap and good insurance..

If you going to do cam only, then you dont have to remove the heads...

If you do lifters then you might as well upgrade the heads while you have everything apart..
