Default TSP 233/239 on a stock lq9?

Hi everyone, My buddy just got a custom grind cam for his T/A and was gonna give me a deal on his old cam which is TSP's 233/239 .595" .603" 112lsa if that cam will fit my stock 05 lq9 with the stock 317 heads. I searched and couldnt find anyone running that cam on a stock lq9. Any info would be great, Thanks for the time.

it will work assuming its a 3 bolt cam (if your buddys t/a had a ls1 and hasn't been upgraded to a gen4 motor) but you will need to upgrade valve springs
