Lq9 with 243 heads and MS3 question?

I have some parts that i originaly planed to use in my 5.7 but i came across a good deal with a lq9 and i take it. Now i have a MS3 cam 113 ls and a set of 243 ported heads. Now my question is, with that heads and cam can i have piston to valve clearance probles? Thanks in advance.

They are not milled. I plan to buy your PRC spring and reteiner kit and head acm gasket kit. Can i choose to have the heads gasket for the 4" bore?
