cylinder head question

probably been asked many times, but couldn't find it, so here it is. Do the later (243, 241) heads actually make any noticable power over the earlier (853) heads?

243's & ported 241's will move more air & make more power w/ the proper fueling. Search is your friend. There are tons of threads on the subject. Also, have a look in the dyno section for dyno results.
