Default My motor build (New some advie)

So I own a 99 M6 Trans am. I have decided to rebuild the LS1 to help pep it up somemore. I have the following parts ready to install.
LS6 valley cover newer style
P&P 241 heads(SPM type)
Comp Cams Viton valve stem seals
Trunion Upgraded rockers
160* thermostat
oil pan gasket
Double roller timing chain(with the good chain & bearings)
TSP 228r cam
crank bearings
piston rings
ARP rod bolts
LS7 lifters
SLP P&P oil pump
PRC gold dual valve springs w/ titanium retainers
TSP chromemoly pushrods
MLS head gaskets
GM engine gasket kit(timing cover, exhaust, valley trays, & water pump)
Lifter trays (drilled)
ARP balancer bolt
coolant crossover pipe & plugs
catch can w/ hoses & fittings
Energy suspension trans & motor mounts
D585 coils

So my car already has some performance stuff done, long tubes, TSP true duels, P&P throttlebody & MAF, ram air intake(Raptor hood), stage 2 clutch & transmission (installed last summer), MSD wires, E3 plugs, then a bunch of chassis & suspension upgrades.

My questions for the LS1tech crowd, what sort of #'s do you think I will get and are there any other upgrades I should do while I am inside the motor?
