Default ls1 is ticking like a typewriter

ok, so i got the car back from the shop 2 weeks ago, it had a cracked oil pan and broke tranny mount, got it fixed, now the engine is ticking like mad, i know its not an exhaust leak. the car feels like it runs fine accelerates fine, just ticks at all temps and all speeds. any suggestions

i know its a lifter, i put some 100 octane in it a few weeks ago, ran it up to 120mph a few times. is it posable that the 100 cleared out the carbon buildup, coupled with bran new synthetic oil is making the lifters tick. its coming from the passenger side. the engine just started doing it out of nowhere.
