Default head gasket leak question

I'm assembling my ls1 and had to turn the motor upside down on the stand today. I noticed when the motor was upside down that there was some minor red assembly lube leakage coming out of the crease between the cyl heads and the block. Is this normal? I spoke with some friends and they said I shouldn't be concerned about it, but I want to make sure its ok.

The engine is a 98 ls1 block w/ 243 heads, brand new head gaskets with ARP bolts that have been properly torqued down. Should I recheck the torque to make sure I didnt miss a bolt?

The red super slick stuff when you assemble a motor, i used it on the bearings, coating the cyl walls, and I think some on rocker arms.

I can't see any reason why it should leak between the block and head where the gasket is that's weird

Ya I had the whole assembly at my machine shop before I assembled the motor. I had them check the used block and the heads in addition to mic'ing everything and balancing the rotating assembly.

I cleaned the block off last night and when I get back to the shop tomorrow I'm going to see if anything else managed to come out or if maybe that was just some residual that ended up at the wrong spot.
