Help. Engine is making this noise.

sounds like it's coming from the bottom end. steady, awful grating rattle sound i can't quite place. no kr displays in HPTuners, no misfire codes or anything - just that awful sound in park w/ac on, or worse in D on a slight hill with the parking brake on at idle.
somebody has to know more about this - how bad is it, doc! it still runs/drives fine, maybe a little less power than it's had in the past.
