Default Pushrods for Cam, w/stock heads

Any thoughts on the matter.

228r cam
What should the pushrods be. There are two options. 7.4 or 7.425. stock heads for now. I am upgrading the Springs with the cam and maybe the rockers as well, don't know yet. I hear stock work fine for a while. I'd rather put that money to a new stall for the time being anyways. so there has to be something out there that tells you what it should be with the right cam. It's a Machine, not a guessing game... right?... Anyways thoughts and experience need and appreciated.

I think I will go 7.4's. Just because so many people go with the 7.4's and are completly fine. I was just thinking though if I will measure the base circle on the 228r and however much it is smaller is how much more pushrod I would need

I am pretty sure I will be going 7.4's. It would be much worse to go over than just a little under I would think. With coild bind and all that
