Default would a small cam be worth it w/ no headers?

Just wondering if I were to get a hotcam, B1 cam, or any other cam, would it be worth it w/o headers?
Maybe I should just save up and get a TC, some reason I am bent on a Yank, but they are freakin pricey. Always learned you get what you pay for.
Thanks for any help.

Get the converter and some tires. That is the best thing for an A4 .

Id get headers before the cam also but after the converter

Stay away from Midwest is my only suggestion.
I would pay for the Yank myself and have used PPI, Yank and Midwest.
Yank is my favorite although their Cos service isn't the best.
There is a Yank 3500 stall in the for sale section right now for 450 dollars.
Looks like a great price.

I would defentially do a verter first for the biggest gain (minus Nitrous)
With the right tire combo you should be about 4-5 tenths faster with this one mod.
