Surging after cam install
I installed a TR230 on my 2002 Z28 and sent the PCM out for tuning, I am happy with everything but one small issue.
On a cold start the car it idles just fine.
If I drive the car to operating temp and shut it off for a few minutes, to get gas or run into a store or something, when I get back in the car and start it, it hunts for idle for about 30 seconds.
I have heard of drilling the hole in the TB plate to a slightly larger diameter, would this solve this issue?
Why cant the PCM just be calibrated to give me a few more clicks on the IAC under hot start condition?

Your base idle airflow table is based off coolant temp, getting it dialed in will go a long way in getting your idle dialed in. Also see what kind of timing your running at idle.
