ticking on start up

ticking on start up so i have a ticking on start up but only if i dont start it for a few days and the ticking goes away after a few minutes of running the engine
i think it might be a lifter... do yall agree and if so how do i narrow it down to which one i changed the lifters to Ls7 lifters about 12k ago when i did the heads cam swap
any ideas
