Default what year LQ4? and should I swap the cam for my setup?

Hey all,
Going back home for a few weeks and am sending over an LQ4 for my Camaro in Germany. This will be my first GEN III engine swap.

Ive done research on them, and It seems in 2005 it got the LQ9 floating pin rods as well as the "stronger" timing chain. Also read somewhere than cam bearings changed as well. I have found a few low milage complete LQ4's (30K or so miles), with varying production dates
.
Its an intercooled rearmounted turbo setup with a tiny little turbo, a TC66 F1 trim. I spec'd it for hard fast spool on an LS1. Will be running 6-7 PSI of boost.

My questions are-which year LQ4 is best, and will all years drop into the LS1's engine bay and bolt to all LS1 accessories.

Should I put some aftermarket rod bolts in it? and if I do, can I do it without disassembling the engine past the oil pan?

with 30K miles, should I swap to a different oil pump?

should I swap to a LS6 cam or will the stock LQ4 be sufficient for a mild turbo?

Thanks!
