799/243 heads Are these two heads ABSOLUTELY the same as far as the engine is concerned? I ask as I have a pair of 799's with crash damage to one head and a pair of 243's, with dropped valve damage to one head. Idea is to use the good one of each.....but only if the are truly interchangabale....

Yes they are interchangeable. The casting is the same. The only difference would be the Z06 style hollow stem 243s. But all other 243s and 799s are the same.
