What is the most that can be safely milled off 317 heads?
I have low compression on cylinder 7 which I am hoping is because of the head gasket or something in my stock heads so I am about to tear down and was going to install some 317 heads I got cheap. I was going to get them milled to at least the stock cc but was hoping to take off a bit more to get me around 11:1. I read in the sticky that every 1cc takes .007" so in theory I would need to remove about 10cc to get 11:1 or about .070". I do not plan on using nitrous or any forced induction if that matters when considering minimum deck thickness.

Wouldn't go over .050, which would put you around 10.2:1.
