Default Fresh Cam Install - Won't Idle

Well just like the title says. I just installed my 228R cam and 799 Heads. I started the car up for the first time with a more enriched VE table then before. It started up, and I let the car idle for a good 15 minutes while adding coolant. Oil pressure was normal, everything sounded nice.

I shut the car off for maybe 3 minutes while I went inside to grab a few things before going for a quick test drive. When I returned, I started the car. It fired up, tried to idle for a bit, and died right after. I tried a few more times to start the car and it wouldn't stay running unless I opened up the throttle a little bit and ran it in excess of 1,000rpm's. (Before it was idling just fine at 800rpm)

I got an SES light. So I checked the DTC's on HPTuners. Here is what I got.

P0103 - MAF Sensor Circuit High Frequency
P0200 - Injector Control Circuit (SES)
P0530 - A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction (I removed A/C a long time ago)
P1637 - Generator L-Terminal Circuit

Also under Once Per Trip Tests it showed that my Evaporative System was invalid or something like that.

The wierdest part to me, is that while scanning my LTFT's and STFT's were showing 0's accross the board. They should be way off, especially with the new cam.

I'm about to head to bed. I'm going to try to get her going tomorrow morning.

What do you guys think the problem is?

Unplug your maf on a cold start, does it fix the idle/dying issue?

Well, this is currently on a warm start.

I forgot to add as well, I'm tuned on Speed Density.

Ooooo... Well, iirc sd tunes will often throw the 0103 code. Therefore, the maf might not be the issue at all.
Stock injectors?

I'm not the one to be helping with this.. If it is not the maf, I'm not much help. just being honest. I would check al connections wires etc.. Make sure nothin is broke or melted from heat while you were adding coolant etc.

There are a lot of threads about the 0103 code and sd tunes... I would try a search.

Your fuel trims won't start kicking in until it's in closed loop.

I had a broken wire at the MAP connector after my cam install, acted very similar.
