LQ9 Cam Choice & Swap

LQ9 Cam Choice & Swap
I have searched and read till I couldn't stand the headache any longer. I picked up a 04 Lq9 with 31k miles and I am wanting to do L92/L76 top end. My 1st question is, what cam would be a good match for the heads? The car is a weekend warrior so a big cam is possible and preferred if it'll make higher numbers. The car is an auto and is getting a fresh 4000 stall. Rear is a S60 with 4.30's.
Next, I have been looking for a swap thread with pics and serious detail. Does one exist and if it does, will someone please post the link for me? Do I need to swap all the accessories the LS1 to the LQ9? I know some accessories will be short a couple bolts. But I don't wanna sell the LS1 when it still has parts that I need on it.

You will need to swap your accessory drive from your car to your new long block. Water pump power steering balancer altornater. And the oil pickup tube.
I put all new sensers as well. I'm no sure on the intake you are using but I'm sure you will need wire harness adapter to make injectors and map work.
The long block swap is no problem as the external demissions and bolt holes are the same except the lower alternator bracket bolt hole is not drilled on the iron blocks. But there is a flat to line it up if you choose. I drilled and tapes my block in the car using the lower bracket to center my hole.
