Exclamation LQ4 Cam bearings and other bearings and rings

I broken down my LQ4 last night,as i pulled the cam out,it got stuck l.So right away i thought of a bad cam bearing.Sure nuff,I removed the valley cover and saw a jacked up cam bearing. Now I have a questions

Since im going to remove my rotating assembly, do i need to replace piston rings, and rod bearings? If yes what do you guys recommend? My goal is 400-425rwhp all motor.

What cam bearings do you guys suggest since these have to get replaced?

PS-
ARP rod bolts,MS3 or similar will be my next mods.

Thanks

I'd suggest replacing the rings and bearings if you're going to be tearing down the motor. I'd suggest King or Clevite for main and rod bearings, and Total Seal or Hastings for rings. For cam bearings, I'd suggest Dura-bond.
