Default cylinder head pressure test

does a successfully passed cylinder head pressure test insure you that there will be no coolant leaking into the chamber or ports regardless of operating conditions?

I would say that it would depend on what pressure the cyl head was tested to . What is the normal pressure # to test cyl heads to ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,very good question ?

The shop I use tests them at 35psi. That's roughly 3 times normal operating pressure

For the most part that should ensure a positive seal with the exception of extremely extenuating circumstances (overheating at some point it will leak).
