Default any ptv issues with 243milled to 59cc and my cam?

Cam is 232/240 .595/.608 115
Its on a lq4 so I do have the dished poisons...

Most likely yes, most people think the dish on the lq4 piston is like a valve relief, but it is really not. the valve will still hit the outside part of the piston.
