Default Budget cam swap?

Hey guys, i just won a cam in a contest and im trying to figure out the most budget friendly cam swap. I dont have alot of money sitting around. So what kind of spring kit and pushrods should i get? Again, trying to stay "cheap" but not so cheap my engine would be put at risk.

Duration @ .050 (Int/Exh): 230/237
Gross Valve Lift (Int/Exh): .544/.543

I already have a stall and i plan on getting a mail order tune until i can afford dyno time.

The lift seems a little low for the duration.

Texas Speed has a "PAC Single Beehive Valve Spring & TSP Pushrod Kit" for $250 which is a good deal.

Thats what ive been hearing. Called Texas Speed today and the guy i spoke with said its not a good cam because of the low lift. But im not looking for some outrageous cam, thats why i chose that one. I have a 3200stall going in.

Anyone with good cam knowledge have any input? Texas Speed said sell it for something bigger. Lunati said it will perform pretty well for my set up. Im not going to sell it, i won it in the cam giveaway contest. Just wondering what i can expect?

The cam I have in my GTO has similar duration, but the lift is .592/.602. What is the LSA? You could run 1.8 ratio rockers to get back the lift.
