Right now I'm running a 234/240 .576 .589 112 with my Patriot stage 2 5.3's at 59cc. I'd like to go bigger in the near future, but how much room do I have considering the heads that I am using? I'll check either way, but I'd like to order a new cam that is going to possibly work than order one that won't work at all and then I have to stall reassembly to wait on an another one.

if the heads have been cut at all im guessing you will have very tight PTV clearances. maybe someone who has had that setup and measured will chime in though.
